Indications

Used to relieve symptoms of inflammatory and painful conditions, including:

• Osteoarthritis & rheumatoid arthritis 

• Acute gout, ankylosing spondylitis 

• Muscle and joint pain (e.g., backache, sprains, strains, soft tissue injuries), plus menstrual pain, dental pain, and post-operative inflammation

Instructions 

1. Dosage: Typically 1 capsule (100 mg) once daily, although some conditions may allow 100–150 mg daily (e.g., 1 capsule evening if symptoms peak at night) 

2. Administration:

   • Swallow the capsule whole with water; do not chew, break, or crush 

   • Take at a consistent time, ideally in the evening for better overnight relief

3. Duration:

   • Use for the shortest effective period, based on re-evaluation by your doctor.

   • Often prescribed for a few days to several weeks, depending on condition severity
