Indications

• Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) for symptoms of low estrogen in menopause (like hot flushes and night sweats).

• Treats vaginal dryness and urinary symptoms caused by estrogen deficiency.

• Helps prevent osteoporosis in postmenopausal women who cannot take other medications.

Instructions

• Dose: Usually 2 pumps per day (2.5 g gel = ~1.5 mg estradiol).

• How to apply:

  • Apply to clean, dry, unbroken skin on the inner arms or shoulders.

  • Spread the gel evenly, let it dry for 2–5 minutes.

  • Do not apply to the breasts or genital area.

  • Wash your hands after applying.

  • Avoid close skin contact with others for 1 hour to prevent transfer.

  • If washed off within an hour, you may need to reapply.
