The 4 mL cartridge delivers tiotropium bromide monohydrate 2.5 µg + olodaterol hydrochloride 2.5 µg per puff; two puffs equal one full 5 µg dose of each agent

 

Indications

• Approved for long-term maintenance bronchodilator therapy in adult COPD patients (including chronic bronchitis and emphysema) to reduce airflow obstruction, alleviate dyspnoea, and improve quality of life

 

Instructions

• Dose: Use one cartridge (4 mL) inserted into a Respimat inhaler; each cartridge provides 60 puffs (30 full doses).

• Administration: Inhale two puffs once daily, at the same time each day, for a total of 5 µg tiotropium + 5 µg olodaterol

• Usage tips:

  • Insert the cartridge only into the Respimat device.

  • If unused for several days, prime the device as per instructions.

  • Clean the mouthpiece weekly with a dry or damp cloth—do not immerse in water.

• Storage: Typically valid for 36 months unopened (store ≤25 °C) and ~3 months after opening (store ≤30 °C); do not freeze .
