Indications

- Spedra 200 mg Tablets are indicated for the treatment of erectile dysfunction in adult men. Sexual stimulation is required for the medication to be effective

 

Instructions

1. Administration:

   • Take one tablet approximately 15 to 30 minutes before planned sexual activity.

   • Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

   • The tablet can be taken with or without food; however, taking it with a high-fat meal may delay its onset of action. 

2. Dosage:

   • The recommended starting dose is 100 mg.

   • Based on individual efficacy and tolerability, the dose may be increased to 200 mg or decreased to 50 mg.

   • Do not take more than one dose in a 24-hour period. 

3. Precautions:

   • Do not take Spedra if you are allergic to avanafil or any of the other ingredients.

   • Avoid taking Spedra if you are using nitrate medications for chest pain, as this can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure.

   • Consult your doctor before using Spedra if you have a history of heart problems, stroke, low or high blood pressure, liver or kidney issues, or eye conditions such as retinitis pigmentosa.
