 amlodipine besylate (equivalent to amlodipine 5 mg) and 80 mg telmisartan

Indication:

Essential hypertension in adults—particularly for those not adequately controlled on either amlodipine or telmisartan monotherapy, or patients switching from separate components; may also be used as initial therapy if combination treatment is anticipated

Instruction:

Take one tablet once daily, with or without food—swallow whole. Regular blood pressure monitoring is advised, with dosage adjustments based on response and tolerability
