35 mg Orphenadrine Citrate and 450 mg Paracetamol

 

Indications

Designed for the relief of painful musculoskeletal conditions (e.g., muscle spasms, back pain) and tension-type headache, by combining muscle relaxation and analgesia

 

Instructions

• Dosage: Adults—take 1–2 tablets three to four times daily (TDS–QDS) as needed for pain relief 

• Administration: Tablets may be taken with or without food; give with meals if gastrointestinal discomfort occurs 

• Precautions/Contraindications:

  • Avoid use in glaucoma, pyloric/duodenal obstruction, peptic ulceration, prostatic hypertrophy, bladder neck obstruction, and myasthenia gravis 

  • Use caution in patients with tachycardia, cardiovascular issues, hepatic/renal impairment, and while pregnant or breastfeeding; avoid alcohol and driving until effects are known 

  • Be aware of side effects such as dry mouth, blurred vision, dizziness, tachycardia, urinary retention, and rare hypersensitivity or anticholinergic reactions .
