Indications

• Indicated to relieve smooth muscle spasms in the gastrointestinal, biliary, renal, and uterine systems (e.g., abdominal pain, period cramps, irritable bowel, biliary colic)

 

Instructions

• Adults & children ≥12 yrs: 10–20 mL (50–100 mg) 3–4 times daily, orally.

• Children (6–12 yrs): 10 mL 3 times daily .

• Administration: Shake well before use; swallow with water; may be taken with or without food.

• Precautions: Avoid in intestinal obstruction, glaucoma, myasthenia gravis, megacolon, or hypersensitivity. Use with caution in pregnancy, breastfeeding, renal/hepatic impairment; may cause dry mouth, blurred vision, dizziness; limit alcohol; avoid driving until effects are known .
