Indications:

• Acute and maintenance treatment of schizophrenia

• Treatment of acute manic or mixed episodes associated with Bipolar I Disorder

• Prevention of recurrence of manic, depressive, or mixed episodes in Bipolar I Disorder .

Instructions:

• Administration:

  • Take orally once daily

  • Can be taken with or without food

  • Swallow tablets whole; do not chew or crush

• Dosage:

  • Adults: 10 mg daily, adjusted based on clinical response and tolerability

  • Elderly or those with hepatic impairment: Start with 5 mg daily

  • Children: Not recommended
