Instructions:

• Administration:

  • Take orally with food to minimize gastrointestinal discomfort.

  • Swallow tablets whole with water; do not chew or crush.

  • Maintain a consistent daily dosing schedule.

• Dosage:

  • Adults: 8–16 mg three times daily.

  • Maintenance: 24–48 mg daily, divided into 2–3 doses.

  • Not recommended for children under 18 years
