- Ezetimibe 10 mg and Rosuvastatin Calcium 10 mg (equivalent to Rosuvastatin 10 mg)

 

Indications:

• Adjunctive therapy to diet for the reduction of elevated total cholesterol (total-C), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), apolipoprotein B (Apo B), triglycerides (TG), and non-high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (non-HDL-C)

• To increase high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) in patients with primary (heterozygous familial and non-familial) hypercholesterolemia or mixed hyperlipidemia

• Reduction of elevated total-C and LDL-C levels in patients with homozygous familial hypercholesterolemia (HoFH)

Instructions 

• Take one tablet orally once daily, with or without food

• Swallow the tablet whole; do not chew, crush, or split

• Continue with an appropriate lipid-lowering diet during treatment

• Dosage may be adjusted based on individual response and tolerability

• Regular monitoring of lipid levels is recommended
