60 mcg of desmopressin acetate, a synthetic analogue of the antidiuretic hormone vasopressin
 

Indications:

• Central diabetes insipidus

• Primary nocturnal enuresis in children aged 5 years and above

• Symptomatic treatment of nocturia in adults associated with nocturnal polyuria 

Instructions:

• Administration: Place one tablet under the tongue and allow it to dissolve without swallowing water. 

• Timing: Take at the same time each day, preferably one hour before meals, to ensure consistent absorption. 

• Fluid Intake: Limit fluid intake from one hour before until at least eight hours after administration to reduce the risk of water retention and hyponatremia
