Each ampoule contains 500 mcg of mecobalamin (a coenzyme form of vitamin B₁₂) and 50 mg of D-mannitol.
 

Indications:

• Peripheral neuropathies, including diabetic neuropathy.

• Megaloblastic anemia due to vitamin B₁₂ deficiency. 

Instructions:

• Administer 1 ampoule (500 mcg) intramuscularly or intravenously 3 times a week.

• After approximately 2 months, reduce the dose to 1 ampoule every 1 to 3 months for maintenance therapy.

• Use under the supervision of a healthcare professional.
