• Active Ingredient: Isosorbide-5-mononitrate 60 mg

Indication

• Primary Use: Prophylactic treatment of angina pectoris
• Mechanism: Relaxes and dilates blood vessels, reducing the heart's workload and improving blood flow

Instructions

• Dosage: Start with 60 mg once daily in the morning. The dose may be increased to 120 mg daily if necessary
• Administration: Swallow the tablet whole with half a glass of water. Do not chew, crush, or split the tablet
• Titration: To minimize the possibility of headache, initiate treatment with 30 mg (half a tablet) for the first 2–4 days
