Content (Ingredients):

• Active Ingredient: Aciclovir 5% w/w
• Preservatives: Methyl Hydroxybenzoate 0.16% w/w and Propyl Hydroxybenzoate 0.08% w/w
• Formulation: Micronized cream for topical application

Indications (Uses):
Hovid Virest 5% Cream is indicated for:

• Herpes Simplex Virus (HSV) Infections: Treatment of initial and recurrent genital herpes and herpes labialis (cold sores)

Instructions (How to Use):

• Dosage: Apply a sufficient quantity to the affected area every three hours, six times daily, for seven days
• Administration: For external use only. Apply to clean, dry, and intact skin. Gently massage into the affected area.
• Precautions:
  • Avoid contact with eyes.
  • Do not apply to mucous membranes or broken skin.
  • Wash hands before and after application.
  • Consult a healthcare professional before use if pregnant, breastfeeding, or if you have kidney or liver disorders
