Content (Ingredients):

• Active Ingredient: Omeprazole 20 mg per capsule
• Inactive Ingredients: Gelatin, titanium dioxide, iron oxide yellow, partial pregelatinized starch, talc, and magnesium stearate .

Indications (Uses):
Hovid Omezole 20mg Capsule is indicated for:

• Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD): Treatment of heartburn and irritation of the esophagus caused by acid reflux.
• Peptic Ulcers: Short-term treatment of gastric and duodenal ulcers.
• Helicobacter pylori Eradication: In combination with antibiotics to treat H. pylori-induced ulcers and to help prevent their recurrence.
• Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome: Management of conditions that cause excessive stomach acid production.

Instructions (How to Use):

• Dosage: Adults: 20 mg once daily. The duration of treatment varies depending on the condition being treated.
• Administration: Take the capsule whole with a glass of water, preferably on an empty stomach before meals. Do not chew or crush the capsule.
• Missed Dose: If a dose is missed, take it as soon as you remember, unless it's almost time for the next dose. Do not double doses.
• Precautions:
  • Consult your doctor before use if you have liver disease, as dose adjustments may be necessary.
  • Long-term use may lead to vitamin B12 deficiency; consider supplementation if advised by your doctor.
  • Avoid concurrent use with certain medications like nelfinavir.
