Content (Ingredients):

• Active Ingredient: Montelukast Sodium, equivalent to Montelukast 10 mg per tablet
• Inactive Ingredients: Lactose, Microcrystalline Cellulose (MCC), Calcium Carbonate, Croscarmellose Sodium, Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP), Magnesium Stearate, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Titanium Dioxide, Talc

Indications (Uses):
Hovid Montelair 10mg Tablet is indicated for:

• Asthma: Prophylaxis and chronic treatment of asthma in adults and pediatric patients aged 12 years and older.
• Seasonal Allergic Rhinitis: Relief of daytime and nighttime symptoms of seasonal allergic rhinitis (hay fever) in adults and pediatric patients aged 2 years and older.
• Exercise-Induced Bronchoconstriction: Prevention of exercise-induced bronchoconstriction in patients aged 6 years and older.

Instructions (How to Use):

• Dosage: Adults and adolescents aged 15 years and older: 10 mg once daily in the evening.
• Administration: Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not chew, crush, or break the tablet.
• Missed Dose: If a dose is missed, take it as soon as possible unless it's almost time for the next dose; do not double doses.
• Precautions:
  • Not intended for the relief of acute asthma attacks.
  • Should not be used as a substitute for inhaled or oral corticosteroids.
  • Use with caution in patients with hepatic impairment; consult a doctor before use.
