• Active Ingredient: Each tablet contains Chlorpheniramine Maleate 4 mg, an antihistamine used to relieve allergy symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, itchy eyes, and skin rashes.
   

Indications
Hovid Horamine 4mg Tablet is indicated for:

• Allergic rhinitis (hay fever)
• Urticaria (hives)
• Conjunctivitis (allergic eye inflammation)
• Pruritus (itching)
• Common cold symptoms
  
  

Dosage & Administration

• Adults and children over 12 years: 1 tablet (4 mg) every 4–6 hours.
• Maximum dose: 6 tablets per day.
• Children aged 6–12 years: 1/2 tablet (2 mg) every 4–6 hours.
• Maximum dose: 3 tablets per day.
• Children under 6 years: Consult a doctor before use.
