Indications

• Relief of symptoms associated with seasonal or perennial allergic rhinitis in adults, adolescents, and children aged 3 years and above

• Treatment of nasal polyps in adults aged 18 years and above

• Management of acute rhinosinusitis in patients aged 12 years and above without signs of severe bacterial infection

Instructions 

• Priming: Before first use or if not used for 7 days or more, prime the spray by releasing 10 sprays or 2 sprays, respectively, until a fine mist appears

• Application: Gently blow your nose to clear nostrils. Hold the bottle upright, insert the nozzle into one nostril, and spray while breathing in gently. Repeat for the other nostril

• Dosage:

  • Adults and adolescents (≥12 years): 2 sprays in each nostril once daily (total 200 mcg)

  • Children (3–11 years): 1 spray in each nostril once daily (total 100 mcg)

  • Nasal polyps: 2 sprays in each nostril twice daily, may reduce to once daily as symptoms improve

  • Acute rhinosinusitis: 2 sprays in each nostril twice daily
