• Active Ingredient: Each tablet contains 850 mg Metformin Hydrochloride, an oral biguanide antidiabetic agent used to manage type 2 diabetes.
  
   

• Treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus in adults, particularly in overweight patients, when dietary management and exercise alone do not result in adequate glycaemic control.
• Monotherapy or combination therapy: Diabetmin 850mg may be used as monotherapy or in combination with other oral antidiabetic agents, or with insulin.

• Administration: For oral use only. Swallow the tablet whole with water; do not chew, crush, or split the tablet.
• Dosage: The usual starting dose is 850 mg taken 2 or 3 times daily during or after meals.
• Maximum Dose: The maximum recommended dose is 3,000 mg daily, taken as 3 divided doses.
