• Each extended-release tablet contains 500 mg Metformin Hydrochloride, equivalent to 390 mg of Metformin base.
• Excipients include Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose K100M Premium CR, Crosspovidone, Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium, Microcrystalline Cellulose pH102, Colloidal Silicon, and Magnesium Stearate.

• Used to control blood sugar levels in type 2 diabetes in adults when diet and exercise alone are insufficient.
• Can be used as monotherapy or combined with other oral antidiabetic agents or insulin.

• For oral use only.
• Swallow the tablet whole with water; do not chew, crush, or split the tablet.
