Indications

Dapavid is indicated for the treatment of:

• Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus: To improve blood sugar control in adults when diet and exercise alone are insufficient.
• Heart Failure: To reduce the risk of hospitalization due to heart failure and improve symptoms in adults with reduced ejection fraction.
• Chronic Kidney Disease: To slow the progression of kidney disease in adults with reduced kidney function.

Dosage and Administration

• Dosage: Take one tablet (10 mg) once daily.
• Administration: Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Do not chew, crush, or break the tablet.
• Timing: Can be taken with or without food, at the same time each day.
• Missed Dose: If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember unless it's almost time for your next dose. Do not double the dose to make up for a missed one.
