Indications

• Treatment of seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis in adults and children aged 3 years and above

• Management of nasal polyps in adults aged 18 years and above

• Adjunctive therapy for acute rhinosinusitis in adults and adolescents aged 12 years and above without signs or symptoms of severe bacterial infection

Instructions for Use

• Priming the Pump: Before first use, prime the nasal spray by actuating it 10 times or until a fine mist appears.

• Administration:

  1. Shake the bottle gently.

  2. Blow your nose gently to clear the nostrils.

  3. Insert the nozzle into one nostril, closing the other nostril with a finger.

  4. Tilt your head slightly forward.

  5. Press down on the pump to release a dose while inhaling gently through the nose.

  6. Repeat the process for the other nostril.

• Dosing:

  • Allergic Rhinitis: Adults and children ≥12 years: 2 sprays (50 mcg each) in each nostril once daily. Children aged 3–11 years: 1 spray (50 mcg) in each nostril once daily.

  • Nasal Polyps: Adults: 2 sprays (50 mcg each) in each nostril once daily; may increase to 2 sprays in each nostril twice daily if needed.

  • Acute Rhinosinusitis: Adults and adolescents ≥12 years: 2 sprays (50 mcg each) in each nostril twice daily; may increase to 4 sprays in each nostril twice daily if symptoms persist.
