Indications

• Treatment of outer ear infections (otitis externa), commonly known as swimmer’s ear.

• Management of middle ear infections (otitis media) in patients with a perforated eardrum or ear tubes.

• Effective against bacterial infections caused by susceptible organisms in the ear canal and middle ear.

Dosage Instructions

• Adults and Children ≥12 years: Place 10 drops into the affected ear twice daily for 10 to 14 days, depending on the severity of the infection.

• Children 1–12 years: Place 5 drops into the affected ear twice daily for 10 days.

• Administration:

  1. Warm the bottle in your hands for 1–2 minutes to avoid dizziness from cold solution.

  2. Lie down with the affected ear facing upward.

  3. Place the prescribed number of drops into the ear.

  4. Gently press the ear flap (tragus) several times to help the medication reach the middle ear.

  5. Remain in this position for about 5 minutes to allow proper absorption.
