  Indications

  Prochlor 5mg Tablet is prescribed for:

• Management of psychotic conditions, including schizophrenia and for production of a calming effect in hyperactive or excited psychotic patients

• Control of severe nausea and vomiting, including that associated with migraine or drug-induced emesis

• Short-term symptomatic relief of vertigo as occurs in Menière's disease or labyrinthitis

Instructions for Use

• Take orally with or without food.

• Swallow the tablet whole; do not chew, crush, or break it.

• Maintain consistent timing for daily doses.

• Follow dosing as prescribed by your healthcare provider.
