Indications

Dyfenamic 500mg Tablet is indicated for the treatment of mild to moderate pain, including:

• Muscular aches

• Backaches

• Dental pain

• Bursitis

• Dysmenorrhoea (menstrual cramps)

• Rheumatic pain

• Traumatic pain

• Headaches

• Postoperative and postpartum pain

• Rheumatoid arthritis (including Still’s disease)

• Osteoarthritis

• Menorrhagia due to dysfunctional causes

Instructions for Use

• Dosage:

  • Adults: 500 mg initially, followed by 250 mg every 6 hours as necessary.

  • Treatment should not be continued for longer than 7 days.

  • For dysmenorrhoea, initiate medication with the onset of bleeding and associated symptoms; treatment should not exceed 2–3 days.

• Administration:

  • For oral use only.

  • Swallow the tablet whole with water; do not chew, crush, or break it.

  • It is advisable to take this medication at a fixed time each day if indicated for everyday use.
