Each 1 ml of Depocon Injection contains 200 mg of norethisterone enanthate, a synthetic progestogen used for hormonal contraception. The solution appears as a clear, yellowish oily liquid intended for deep intramuscular injection. 

Indications:

Depocon Injection is indicated for:

• Long-term contraception in women who prefer or require a progestogen-only method.

• Women who cannot take oral contraceptives regularly or experience side effects from them.

• Providing reliable contraception through a depot injection administered every 8 weeks. 

 Instructions:

• Administer 200 mg (1 ml) by deep intramuscular injection into the gluteal muscle.

• The first injection should be given within the first 5 days of the menstrual cycle.

• Subsequent injections are recommended every 8 weeks.

• Ensure proper aseptic technique during administration to minimize the risk of infection.
