Composition

• Active Ingredients:

  • Bisoprolol fumarate 5 mg (equivalent to 4.24 mg bisoprolol)

  • Perindopril arginine 5 mg (equivalent to 3.395 mg perindopril)

• Excipients:

  • Calcium carbonate, colloidal silica anhydrous, pregelatinized corn starch, croscarmellose sodium, glycerin, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol 6000, purified water, red iron oxide, sodium starch glycolate, titanium dioxide, yellow iron oxide.

Indications

• Substitution therapy for the treatment of hypertension and/or stable coronary artery disease in adults who are adequately controlled on bisoprolol and perindopril taken concurrently at the same dose level.

• Also indicated for stable chronic heart failure with reduced systolic left ventricular function in adults adequately controlled on bisoprolol and perindopril taken concurrently at the same dose level .

 Instructions 

• Dosage: One tablet once daily, preferably in the morning before a meal.

• Administration: Take the tablet orally with a sufficient amount of water.

• Special Populations:

  • Patients stabilized on bisoprolol 2.5 mg and perindopril 2.5 mg should take half a 5 mg/5 mg tablet daily.

  • Patients stabilized on bisoprolol 2.5 mg and perindopril 5 mg should take half a 5 mg/10 mg tablet daily
