CONTENT:
-Each tablet contains 40 mg Olmesartan medoxomil and 5 mg Amlodipine besylate (equivalent to 5 mg Amlodipine)
 

Indications

• Azoren 40/5mg is indicated for the treatment of essential hypertension in adult patients whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled on olmesartan medoxomil or amlodipine monotherapy.

 Instructions

-  Recommended Dosage: 1 tablet per day, administered orally. 

• Administration: May be taken with or without food.

• Precautions: Use with caution in patients with renal or hepatic impairment.
