A box contains 10 tablets, each with 500mg of Ciprofloxacin.
 

Indications 

Ciprobay 500mg is used to treat various bacterial infections, including:

• Respiratory tract infections (e.g., pneumonia)

• Urinary tract infections (UTIs), including kidney infections

• Skin and soft tissue infections

• Bone and joint infections

• Gastrointestinal infections (e.g., traveler’s diarrhea, typhoid fever)

• Sexually transmitted infections (e.g., gonorrhea, pelvic inflammatory disease)

• Intra-abdominal infections

• Certain cases of anthrax (post-exposure)

• Prophylaxis against invasive meningococcal infection

Instructions 

• Dosage: Typically 500mg twice daily, or as prescribed by your doctor.

• How to take:

  • Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

  • Can be taken with or without food.

  • Avoid dairy products or calcium-fortified drinks (milk, yogurt, orange juice) near the time of dosing.

• Complete the full course, even if symptoms improve early.
