CONTENT:

• Mycophenolate Mofetil 500mg

INDICATIONS:

• Prophylaxis of acute organ rejection in patients receiving allogeneic renal, cardiac, or hepatic transplants.

• Induction and maintenance treatment of lupus nephritis.

• Should be used concomitantly with ciclosporin and corticosteroids.

INSTRUCTION:

• Dosage:

  • Renal Transplant: 1g orally twice daily (total 2g/day)

  • Cardiac Transplant: 1.5g orally twice daily (total 3g/day)

  • Hepatic Transplant: 1.5g orally twice daily (total 3g/day)

  • Lupus Nephritis: 1g orally twice daily (total 2g/day)

• Administration: Take orally with or without food. Swallow tablets whole with a full glass of water; do not chew, crush, or open the tablets.

• Storage: Store below 25°C in a dry place.
