Each mL contains latanoprost (prostaglandin analogue), benzalkonium chloride (preservative), and other inactive ingredients.

Indications

• Treatment of elevated intraocular pressure (IOP) in patients with open-angle glaucoma, chronic angle-closure glaucoma, and ocular hypertension

• Suitable for both adult and pediatric patients

• Helps reduce the risk of vision loss associated with increased IOP

 

Instructions for Use

• Dosage: Instill one drop into the affected eye(s) once daily, preferably in the evening

• Administration:

  • Remove contact lenses before instillation and wait at least 15 minutes before reinsertion

  • If using multiple topical ophthalmic medications, administer them at least five minutes apart

  • To reduce systemic absorption, apply gentle pressure to the inner corner of the eye (punctal occlusion) for about one minute after instillation

• Storage:

  • Store between 2°C and 8°C (36°F to 46°F); do not freeze

  • Protect from light by storing in the unit carton

  • Discard if the solution becomes darker than clear to straw-colored
