Each suppository contains hydrocortisone acetate (anti-inflammatory), benzocaine (local anesthetic), zinc oxide (skin protectant), and other inactive ingredients.

Indications

• Relieves pain, itching, and inflammation associated with anorectal conditions such as hemorrhoids, anal fissures, proctitis, and postoperative hemorrhoidectomy

• Soothes irritated anorectal tissues and promotes healing

• Provides symptomatic relief from discomfort during defecation

 

Instructions for Use

• Dosage: Insert one suppository into the anal canal twice daily, preferably in the morning and evening after bowel movements

• Administration:

  • Wash hands thoroughly before and after use

  • If the suppository is soft, refrigerate briefly to harden it before insertion

  • Unwrap the suppository and lie on your side with one leg bent toward your chest

  • Gently insert the suppository into the anus, narrow end first

  • Remain lying down for a few minutes to ensure the suppository dissolves
