Indications

Topical anesthesia for short-duration ophthalmic procedures, including:

Tonometry (intraocular pressure measurement)

Gonioscopy

Removal of corneal foreign bodies and sutures

Conjunctival scraping for diagnostic purposes

Other short corneal and conjunctival procedures

Instructions for Use

Dosage:

For tonometry and similar short-duration procedures: Instill 1 to 2 drops in each eye immediately before the procedure.

For minor surgical procedures (e.g., foreign body or suture removal): Instill 1 to 2 drops every 5 to 10 minutes for 1 to 3 doses.

For prolonged anesthesia (e.g., cataract extraction): Instill 1 to 2 drops every 5 to 10 minutes for 3 to 5 doses

For topical ocular use only.

Avoid contact between the dropper tip and any surface to prevent contamination.

Keep the bottle tightly closed when not in use.

Storage:

Store between 2°C and 8°C (36°F to 46°F).

Protect from light by storing in the unit carton.

Discard if the solution becomes darker than clear to straw-colored.
