  Indications

• Relief of cramps in the muscles of the stomach, gut (intestine), bladder, and the tubes that lead to the outside of the body (urinary system).

• Management of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) symptoms.

• Treatment of gastrointestinal tract and genitourinary tract spasms, and spasm & dyskinesia of the biliary system.

 

Instructions for Use

• Dosage:

  • Adults and children over 12 years: The usual dose is two tablets four times a day. For irritable bowel syndrome, the doctor may start with one tablet three times a day, which may be increased if further relief is necessary.

  • Children 6–12 years: The usual dose is one tablet three times a day.

  • Not recommended for children under 6 years.

• Administration:

  • Take the tablet with water.

  • Do not chew, crush, or break the tablet.

  • It is better to take this medication at a fixed time each day if it is indicated for everyday use.

• Precautions:

  • Consult a doctor before use if you have any of the following conditions:

    • Allergy to hyoscine butylbromide or any of its components.

    • Myasthenia gravis.

    • Glaucoma.

    • Megacolon.

    • Tachyarrhythmia.

    • Prostate enlargement with urinary retention.

    • Pregnancy or breastfeeding.
