Indications

• Management of asthma in patients where the use of a pressurized inhaler or dry powder formulation is unsatisfactory or inappropriate.

• Recommended for use in infants and children with croup.

• Prevention and treatment of bronchospasm associated with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).

 

Instructions for Use

• Administration:

  • Budecort Respules should be inhaled via a nebulizer.

  • Avoid swallowing or injecting the solution.

  • Use only as prescribed by your healthcare provider.

• Storage:

  • Store upright at controlled room temperature 20–25°C.

  • Protect from light.

  • Do not freeze.

• Precautions:

  • Rinse mouth after each use to reduce the risk of oral fungal infections.

  • Not intended for relief of acute asthma attacks; use a fast-acting bronchodilator for immediate relief.
