Indications

• Treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, including juvenile rheumatoid arthritis (Still's Disease), ankylosing spondylitis, osteoarthritis, and other non-rheumatoid (seronegative) arthropathies.

• Management of non-articular rheumatic conditions such as frozen shoulder (capsulitis), bursitis, tendinitis, tenosynovitis, and low back pain.

• Relief of mild to moderate pain, including dysmenorrhoea, dental and post-operative pain, and symptomatic relief of headaches, including migraine.

• Short-term treatment of pyrexia (fever) in children over one year of age.

Instructions for Use

• Dosage:

  • Adults and adolescents over 12 years (≥40 kg): The recommended dosage is 1200–1800 mg daily in divided doses. Some patients can be maintained on 600–1200 mg daily. Total daily dose should not exceed 2400 mg.

  • Children: The recommended dose is 20–30 mg per kg of body weight daily in divided doses.

• Administration:

  • Take the suspension with or without food.

  • If stomach upset occurs, taking it with food may help.

  • Use a proper measuring device to ensure accurate dosing.

  • Shake the bottle well before each use.

  • Do not exceed the recommended dose.

• Missed Dose:

  • If a dose is missed, take it as soon as remembered unless it's almost time for the next dose. Do not double the dose to make up for a missed one.
