• Active Ingredients:

  • Travoprost 40 micrograms/mL

  • Timolol maleate 5 mg/mL (equivalent to 3.4 mg timolol)

• Preservative:

  • Polyquaternium-1 (Polyquad®) – used instead of benzalkonium chloride (BAK), making it gentler on the eyes

• Other Ingredients:

  • Trometamol, sodium chloride, boric acid, mannitol, polysorbate 80, purified water, and hydrochloric acid/sodium hydroxide (to adjust pH)
    
     

    Indications

  • For the reduction of intraocular pressure (IOP) in:

    • Open-angle glaucoma

    • Ocular hypertension

  • Recommended when monotherapy with beta-blockers or prostaglandin analogues is insufficient.
    
     

    Instructions for Use

  • Wash your hands thoroughly before application.

  • Shake the bottle gently.

  • Tilt your head back and gently pull down your lower eyelid to form a small pocket.

  • Instill one drop into the affected eye(s) once daily, preferably in the evening.

  • After instilling, close your eyes and gently press on the inner corner (near the nose) for 1–2 minutes to reduce systemic absorption.

  • Wait at least 5 minutes before applying other eye medications, if prescribed.

  • Do not touch the dropper tip to any surface to avoid contamination.

  • Replace the cap tightly after use.
