• Active Ingredients (per metered dose):

  • Ipratropium bromide – 20 mcg

  • Fenoterol hydrobromide – 50 mcg

• Formulation: Pressurized metered-dose inhaler

• Content: Each 10 mL inhaler contains 200 metered doses, with each dose delivering 20 mcg of ipratropium bromide and 50 mcg of fenoterol hydrobromide.

• Indications: Used for the symptomatic treatment and prevention of bronchospasm in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and asthma.

• Instructions:

  • Shake the inhaler well before use.

  • Remove the protective cap.

  • Breathe out gently.

  • Place the mouthpiece between your teeth without biting and form a good seal with your lips.

  • Breathe in slowly and deeply while pressing down firmly on the canister to release a dose.

  • Hold your breath for 5–10 seconds, then breathe out gently.

  • If a second inhalation is required, wait a few seconds and repeat the steps.

  • Replace the protective cap after use.

  • Clean the mouthpiece at least once a week to prevent medication buildup and blockage.
