 Indications

  • Angina Pectoris: Including Prinzmetal’s angina (coronary spasm, vasospastic angina).

  • Supraventricular Tachycardias: Such as paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia, atrial fibrillation/flutter with rapid ventricular response (except in WPW syndrome).

  • Essential Hypertension: Mild to moderate cases. 

 Instructions

  • Dosage: The usual dose is 40 mg to 120 mg taken 3 to 4 times daily, depending on the severity of the condition.

  • Administration: Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Do not chew, crush, or break it.
