• Formulation: Light blue, round, film-coated tablets embossed with elongated letters “S” and “P” on one side and plain on the other. 
  
   Indications

• Allergic Rhinitis: Relief of symptoms such as sneezing, nasal discharge and itching, nasal congestion, ocular itching, tearing, and redness. 
  
   Instructions

• Dosage: Adults and adolescents aged 12 years and older: Take one tablet (5 mg) once daily, with or without food.

• Administration: Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Do not chew, crush, or break the tablet.

•  

• Urticaria: Relief of symptoms including itching and rash.
