Indication

Used for the treatment of:
Chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) in various phases (blast crisis, accelerated phase, or chronic phase).
Philadelphia chromosome-positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia (Ph+ ALL).
Myelodysplastic/myeloproliferative diseases (MDS/MPD) associated with PDGFR gene rearrangements.
Hypereosinophilic syndrome (HES) and/or chronic eosinophilic leukemia (CEL).
Aggressive systemic mastocytosis (ASM).
Gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST).
Dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans (DFSP).

Instruction

Dosage:
Adults: The usual starting dose is 400–600 mg daily, depending on the condition being treated.
