Content

Active Ingredient: Escitalopram oxalate (10 mg per tablet), a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI).

Indication

Used for the treatment of:
Major depressive disorder (MDD).
Generalized anxiety disorder (GAD).
Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD).
Panic disorder and social anxiety disorder.

Instruction

Dosage:
The usual starting dose is 10 mg once daily, which may be increased to 20 mg daily based on the patient’s response.
Dose adjustments may be required for elderly patients or those with liver impairment.
Administration:
Take orally with water, preferably at the same time each day.
