Indications:
Chloriton Forte Syrup is indicated for the treatment of:

• Allergic reactions (such as hay fever, urticaria, and pruritus)
• Symptoms of the common cold (such as sneezing and runny nose)

Instructions:

1. Dosage: The recommended dose for adults is 5ml (1 teaspoonful) 3 to 4 times a day. For children aged 6-12 years, the dose is 2.5ml (1/2 teaspoonful).
2. Administration: Take the syrup orally with water, food, or milk to lessen gastric irritation.
3. Precautions: Not to be used in children under 2 years of age. Use with caution in children aged 2-6 years1. Avoid use in patients with hepatic or renal impairment, bladder neck obstruction, or symptomatic prostatic hypertrophy.
4. Monitoring: Regularly monitor for any side effects and report them to your healthcare provider.
