Combiwave SF250 contains two active ingredients:

• Salmeterol 25mcg/actuation: A long-acting bronchodilator that helps keep the airways open for at least 12 hours.
• Fluticasone Propionate 250mcg/actuation: A corticosteroid that reduces swelling and irritation in the lungs.

Indication:
Combiwave SF250 is used to help prevent breathing problems such as asthma. It should be used regularly as directed by your doctor to control asthma symptoms and prevent breathlessness and wheezing.
Instructions:

1. Preparation: Ensure the inhaler is properly assembled and primed if it's new or hasn't been used for a while.
2. Administration: Inhale the medication as prescribed by your doctor, usually twice daily.
3. Usage: Use it regularly, even if you feel well, to maintain its effectiveness.
4. Fast-Acting Reliever: If you experience sudden breathlessness or wheezing, use a fast-acting reliever inhaler (e.g., salbutamol) as directed by your doctor.
