• Electrolyte Solution (Compartment A): Contains calcium chloride, magnesium chloride, and water for injections.
• Buffer Solution (Compartment B): Contains sodium chloride, sodium bicarbonate, and water for injections.

Indication:
PrismaSol BO is indicated for use in pediatric and adult patients undergoing CRRT to replace plasma volume and correct electrolytes and acid-base imbalances.
Instructions:

1. Preparation: Break the frangible seal between compartments A and B to mix the solutions.
2. Administration: Use only with CRRT monitors. Do not use with a hemodialysis monitor3.
3. Monitoring: Regularly monitor blood electrolyte levels, acid-base balance, and fluid inputs and outputs.
4. Storage: Store at room temperature, away from moisture and heat.
