Combesic Orally Disintegrating Tablet contains 37.5 mg of tramadol hydrochloride and 325 mg of paracetamol. It is used to treat moderate to severe pain.
Indications:

• Moderate to Severe Pain: When a combination of tramadol and paracetamol is needed for pain relief.

Instructions:

1. Administration: Place the tablet on your tongue and allow it to dissolve completely without swallowing it whole.
2. Dosage: The recommended dose is 1-2 tablets every 4-6 hours as needed for pain relief, but do not exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours.
