Coxerin (Cycloserine) Capsules USP 250mg contain Cycloserine 250mg. Cycloserine is an antibiotic used to treat tuberculosis (TB) when other treatments have not been effective.
Indications:

• Tuberculosis (TB): Treatment of active pulmonary and extrapulmonary tuberculosis, including renal disease, when the causative organisms are susceptible to cycloserine.
• Urinary Tract Infections: Treatment of urinary tract infections in adults who are not responding to primary treatment.

Instructions:

• Dosage: Typically, 250mg twice daily, but follow your doctor's prescription.
• Administration: Take with or without food. Take it at the same time each day to help you remember.
• Precautions: Avoid if you are allergic to cycloserine or any component of the formulation. Use with caution if you have a history of seizures, psychiatric disorders, or severe kidney problems. Pregnant and breastfeeding mothers should consult their doctor before using this medication.
