Dynamet Tablet 400mg contains Cimetidine 400mg. Cimetidine is a histamine H2-receptor antagonist that reduces the production of stomach acid.
Indications:

• Duodenal and Gastric Ulcers: Treatment of ulcers in the duodenum and stomach.
• Reflux Esophagitis: Management of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) where stomach acid flows back into the esophagus.
• Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome: Treatment of excessive stomach acid production due to tumors in the pancreas or duodenum.
• Pancreatic Insufficiency: Management of insufficient enzyme production by the pancreas.

Instructions:

• Dosage: Typically, 400mg twice daily, taken in the morning and at bedtime. Follow your doctor's prescription for exact dosage.
