Indications:
Astatin is used to treat:

• Hyperlipidemias: To reduce elevations in total cholesterol, LDL-C (low-density lipoprotein cholesterol), apolipoprotein B, and triglycerides in patients with primary hypercholesterolemia.
• Homozygous Familial Hypercholesterolemia: To reduce LDL-C levels in patients with this genetic condition.

Instructions:

• Adults: The usual dose is 10mg once daily, taken orally with or without food.
