• Active Ingredient: Agomelatine 25mg per tablet
• Inactive Ingredients: Lactose (as monohydrate), colloidal silicon dioxide, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, and talc.

Indications:
Valdoxan is used to treat:

• Major Depressive Episodes: In adults.
• Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD): In adults.

Instructions:

• Initial Dose: 25mg once daily, taken orally at bedtime.
• Dose Adjustment: If there is no improvement after two weeks, the dose may be increased to 50mg once daily (two 25mg tablets), taken together at bedtime.
• Duration: Treatment should continue for at least 6 months to ensure symptoms are fully managed.
